How does Precision Telemed Work?

You can access our telehealth programs and consultations remotely through virtual channels. Here’s a breakdown of our process:

Initial Contact: You can contact Precision Telemed through our website or by phone. There, you will find information about the services, pricing, and possibly even questionnaires to assess your goals or needs.

Get Started: Once you decide which program is best, you can get started by creating an account with Precision Telemed’s digital platform.

Schedule a Consult: Once your account is created, you will select the program of your choosing, fill out the required medical forms, and schedule your virtual consultation.

During the Consult: During the consultation, the healthcare provider will discuss your goals and medical history. Based on this, we’ll develop a personalized program for weight loss, TRT, or anti-aging, depending on your needs.

Virtual Follow-Ups: Precision Telemed offers ongoing support through virtual follow-up consultations. This allows the healthcare provider to monitor your progress, adjust the program as needed, and address any questions you might have.

Medication Access: If you qualify for medication during your assessment, it will be shipped to your house as part of your membership pricing.

How do I get my medication?

Precision Telemed has collaborated with third-party compounding pharmacies. During your consultation, Precision Telemed will send the prescription electronically to our partner pharmacy, and from there you will then receive the medication by mail.

Do I have to pay separately for my medication?

Our membership prices include the price of medication, labs, and consults. There are no hidden fees!

What if I am not approved for medications, shall I get any refund?

Refund Policy:

Precision Telemed emphasizes pre-qualifying patients through questionnaires to avoid unnecessary consultations and potential full refunds. If the answers from your questionnaire do not qualify you for the program, you will not be able to sign up.

Partial Refund Policy:

Patients can cancel their memberships anytime.
If you cancel after the consultation but before starting the program, you will be eligible for a refund minus the cost of the consultation or bloodwork.
This refund excludes the cost of the consultation and any lab work done.

How would I interact with a Provider?

With Precision Telemed, you’ll have the access to interact with a healthcare provider through virtual consultations, Audio-Video chat. Precision Telemed’s website has a dedicated patient portal where you can schedule and conduct video consultations with the provider.

Do I get to select a provider of my choosing?

Precision Telemed prioritizes assigning providers based on two key factors:

State Licensing: They ensure the provider is licensed to practice telehealth in your state.
Provider Availability: They match you with a provider who is available for consultations during your preferred time frame.

You will have the ability to see multiple providers with different available times for a consult. This will give you the flexibility to choose the provider and appointment time of your choice.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so in your patient portal. Please be advised that any cancellations within 24 hours of your Telemedicine visit will result in a 25% cancellation fee of your membership cost. This fee will cover the Healthcare Prosoft cost of missing the appointment.

Do I actually have to speak with the provider and is it legal?

Yes, speaking with a healthcare provider is a crucial part of Precision Telemed’s service and aligns with legal requirements for telehealth consultations. Here’s why:

Where will my prescription be filled?

We utilize a network of compounding pharmacies nationwide that are state board of pharmacy licensed sterile compounding pharmacies.

Do I have the option of choosing my pharmacy?

No, you cannot transfer your script to a pharmacy of your choice. Precision Telemed works with the highest quality compounding pharmacies nationwide that offer the best services.

How much does Precision Telemed cost?

Precision Telemed offers transparent pricing for their programs, including the cost of medication. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES!

Weight Loss 1: $299 per month
Weight Loss 2: $449 monthly for months 1-3, $599 monthly for months 4 and on.
Testosterone Therapy: $249 per month
Anti-Aging: $259 per month

Does Precision Telemed accept insurance?
