Thank you for completing your medical history questions! You’re one step closer to your personalized care plan. Before we can schedule your video consultation with a doctor, we need to review your bloodwork.

Here’s what to do next:

1. Download Your Bloodwork Prescription

Please download your lab order using the link below and keep it handy:

2. Get Your Blood Drawn at one of our phlebotomy locations.

Take your prescription to the phlebotomy location that you book via the QR code on your prescription.

3. Waiting on Your Results

Once Access Labs collects your blood sample, it typically takes 48–72 hours for the results to come in. As soon as we receive your lab results, we’ll send you an automatic notification so you can book your video consultation with a doctor.

Important Reminder:

If you do not complete your bloodwork within 21 days, your program will be cancelled automatically. In that case, we’ll issue a refund minus a $149.99 fee, which covers the cost of generating your lab prescription. If you are not approved for treatment, you will be responsible for the cost of the bloodwork ($149.99) and consultation ($55).
