Precision Telemed Refund Policy

At Precision Telemed, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our services meet your expectations. Below is our refund policy, which guarantees a refund under specific circumstances:

Medication Non-Delivery and Refund Policy

If your medication does not arrive at the delivery address provided and the carrier (UPS or FedEx) confirms delivery issues, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

Upon verification of the non-delivery, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the medication order amount, or
  • A replacement shipment sent to a different delivery address provided by you.

Please contact our customer support team promptly with any concerns regarding medication delivery or quality so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Consultation and Prescription Processing Refunds

If you request a refund after completing your medical consultation, but before your medication has shipped, we may cancel your order and issue a refund less a $50 consultation fee. This fee covers the medical provider’s evaluation and prescription services, as the prescription has already been reviewed and submitted to the pharmacy for processing.

Once medication has been dispensed, shipped, or delivered by the pharmacy, refunds cannot be provided except in cases of non-delivery provided. 

Precision Telemed Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling:
    • Before 24-Hour Window: No Fee
    • Within 24-Hour Window: $50 Fee
  • Cancellation or No-Show
    • Before 24-Hour Window: No Fee
    • Within 24-Hour Window: $50 Fee

If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us via email, call or text so we can check availability in the doctor’s rescheduling tool.

Refund for Unapproved Medication Following a Consultation

If you have a consultation with one of our healthcare providers and are not approved for medication, you will receive a refund for the monthly membership fee, minus the cost of the consultation:

  • Video Consultation Cost: $50
  • Async Consultation Cost: $50

This refund will be processed within 30 days of the consultation, and you will be notified of the adjustment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under any of the conditions outlined above, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through our website. Be sure to include your order number, a brief explanation of your situation, and any supporting documentation (e.g., delivery tracking, photo of the medication, cancellation confirmation).

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
