Next Step: Bloodwork Required Before Your Doctor Visit

Thank you for completing your medical history questions! You’re one step closer to your personalized care plan. Before we can schedule your video consultation with a doctor, we need to review your bloodwork.

Here’s what to do next:

1. Receive Bloodwork Prescription

Our team will provide you with a bloodwork prescription within 24 hours. Once you receive the bloodwork prescription, take it to Labcorp to get blood drawn.


2. Get Your Blood Drawn at LabCorp

You can book an appt at LabCorp or walk-in. Use this link to find locations and book appointments: https://patient.labcorp.com/appointments/

3. Waiting on Your Results

Once LabCorp collects your blood sample, it typically takes 48–72 hours for the results to come in. As soon as we receive your lab results, we’ll send you an automatic notification so you can book your video consultation with a doctor.

Important Reminder:

If you do not complete your bloodwork within 21 days, your program will be cancelled automatically. In that case, we’ll issue a refund minus a $149.99 fee, which covers the cost of generating your lab prescription. If you are not approved for treatment, you will be responsible for the cost of the bloodwork ($149.99) and consultation ($55).
