Accessibility Statement

Precision Telemed is committed to making our website and patient portal usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

What we have done

A "Skip to main content" link on every page and a clearly visible keyboard focus indicator.
Text and buttons with sufficient color contrast across the website and the patient portal.
A pause button on every background video, and no animation for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings.
Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels on form fields and icon buttons.
Controls large enough to tap comfortably on a phone.
Automated and manual accessibility testing of the website and the patient portal, repeated as the site changes.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties and is outside our direct control, including the review widget, the contact form and embedded media. We work with these providers to improve accessibility. If any part of our site is difficult for you to use, please tell us and we will help you get the information or service you need in another way.
