October 2026
On October 28, 2026, HHS published an enforcement discretion policy that lets licensed 503A pharmacies compound six peptides under a provider's prescription: BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax and Epitalon. For the first time since 2023, these peptides are available through a licensed, prescription pathway instead of research-grade vials bought online.
That changes what you get. A licensed provider reviews your history and matches the peptide to your goal. A state-licensed pharmacy compounds it from USP-grade ingredients, tests every batch, and ships it cold-chain to your door. Each peptide is prescribed on its own, in the forms listed in the policy, and your provider adjusts the protocol as you go.
Precision Telemed has run physician-managed programs for years. Peptides now join them, with the same providers, the same 503A pharmacy and the same free eligibility check. Read the policy in the Federal Register.
FDA halts 503A compounding of these peptides.
FDA advisory committee votes to recommend all six for the 503A bulks list.
HHS policy opens the prescription pathway through licensed 503A pharmacies.
Yes, by prescription through a licensed pharmacy. Under the October 2026 HHS policy, a licensed provider can prescribe any of the six covered peptides and a state-licensed 503A pharmacy can compound it for you. That is the route this program uses, and it is the only route that comes with a provider, a tested product and a label that says what is in the vial.
What changed in October 2026 is enforcement: HHS said it does not intend to act against licensed pharmacies and providers who compound these six peptides under the policy's conditions. The peptides are compounded medications, not FDA-approved products, and research-grade vials sold online remain outside the policy and are not made for human use. For the longer view on safe access, read Peptide Therapy in 2026: Safe Access and What to Know.

Had a great experience! Super easy and user friendly. Just had to answer a few questions and they were able to connect me with the support I needed.
It’s been a great experience as a customer of Precision Telemed. Their site was easy to use. I placed an order easily for their hormone therapy. Everyone on their team that I came in contact with was nice. I’m looking forward to losing some fat and increasing my energy with their Hormone Therapy program.
Amazing service. Everything arrived in a timely manner. The TRT treatment I did worked phenomenally. I saw my levels go up and that was backed by the insight from the MD.
Peptide therapy is for adults with a specific goal and a provider to match it:
A provider will not prescribe to anyone under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with active cancer or a history of malignancy. Each peptide page lists anything specific to it.
Yes, and that is the point. A licensed provider reviews your history and matches the peptide to your goal, then a 503A pharmacy compounds it for you. You pay nothing unless you qualify.
Yes. Each peptide is prescribed separately, and your provider decides the combination. BPC-157 with TB-500 for recovery and KPV with BPC-157 for gut health are common pairings.
No. They are compounded under the October 2026 HHS policy by a licensed 503A pharmacy for an individual patient under a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products, and every batch ships with a certificate of analysis.
